Ray Gage

Ray began his insurance career in 1988 – becoming an agent in 1992, and an agency owner in 1997. Ray’s agency is 60% commercial and located in the small Indiana town of Leo. He is active in community affairs working with the youth of his area and in the PIA of Indiana, where he served as president and is currently treasurer.

Workers’ Compensation became his insurance passion in 2006. He is one of a select group of Master WorkComp Advisors in the country. He specializes in analyzing workers compensation programs for employers and making recommendations on their redesign, including implementation of tools and strategies that reduce employer’s costs.
